With a new philosophy

Yukiko Tanaka, President and Director

Since I took office as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the corporate philosophy has been "For the community. For you. as our corporate philosophy. During the past seven years, the world has moved at an increasingly rapid pace, and we have begun to see the many challenges that lie ahead in the near future, such as the declining birthrate, the aging population, and the increase in the number of people with dementia. The government is advocating "regional solutions" to these issues. The idea is to support each other in the community by creating a system called a "community-based comprehensive care system" that combines self-help, mutual aid, mutual assistance, and public assistance.

These ideas have a lot of "I can relate to that, but can you really do that?" However, a true community-based comprehensive care system is not only for the elderly, but also for the handicapped and children. However, in the true sense of the word, a comprehensive community care system should include not only the elderly but also the handicapped and children, and each municipality should establish a mutual aid system that is suited to its size and age distribution. I also believe that transcending vertical boundaries, joining hands, and working together is a major challenge not only for government officials but also for each specialist, and that if we say, "We can't do it," or stop at nothing, we will face an irreversible situation as time goes by. The declining birthrate and aging population will not wait. We cannot stop the number of people with dementia. We must do something about it. Yes, for the sake of our precious hometown....

And in these times, we, the Taiseikai Group, are not only chanting "For the community. We, the Taiseikai Group, should not be the only ones to advocate "for the community," but rather, "together with the community," and "actually working together. I have come to the conclusion that the ideal way of medical care and social welfare is to think about what we can do and "actually work" for the community, even before a comprehensive community care system is in place.

Therefore, from this April, we have started "For the community. For you. We have taken our philosophy of "Together with the community, for your sake. For you. and our philosophy has grown. We look forward to your continued support.
