Payment Methods
Claims for hospitalization expenses
We will mail a bill for hospitalization medical expenses to the address you specify. We can also distribute them to your hospital room if you wish.
The billing dates will be as follows
◆ Hospitalization expenses from the 1st to the last day of the month around the 10th of each month
Claims at the time of discharge from the hospital
The billing address will be mailed to you approximately one week after discharge from the hospital.
Accounting methods and handling times
Payment can be made at the reception accounting counter on the 1st floor.
The hours are from 8:30 to 20:00 throughout the year. Weekends and holidays are also available.
You can also make a transfer at a financial institution. (Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the applicant.)

About receipts
Receipts are required when reporting deductions for medical expenses for income tax purposes.
Please keep it in a safe place as it will not be reissued.
A certificate of receipt can be issued, but will be charged separately. (2,200 yen per copy)

If you have health insurance and the cost of hospitalization is high,
The "High-Cost Medical Care Loan Program" and the "Limit Amount Application Certificate" can be used.
