Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy
One of the most common cancers among Japanese people is gastric cancer. Advances in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques have made it possible to remove gastric cancer by endoscopy without major surgery if it is detected early enough.
Since early gastric cancer has no subjective symptoms, it is important to have regular endoscopic examinations even without symptoms for early detection. Of course, if you have symptoms, be sure to undergo endoscopic examination.

In recent years, the number of patients with colorectal cancer has been increasing in Japan, and the mortality rate of colorectal cancer is the highest among women. On the other hand, thanks to advances in medicine, colorectal cancer can be almost completely cured if detected at an early stage.
If you have a positive fecal occult blood test, bloody stools, lower abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, or thin stools during a medical checkup, please feel free to ask for help and have a colonoscopy.
